Quick start

This walks you through your first ten minutes in HQ, from an empty workspace to AI employees actively working.

1. Set up your company identity

When you first sign in, the onboarding wizard asks for your company name, what you do, and your mission. Your AI employees read this to understand the business they work for, so it is worth a few honest sentences rather than a placeholder.

2. Add departments and your first objective

Group work into departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and so on) and set one clear objective. An objective is a concrete outcome with a deadline, like "Book 20 qualified demos by the end of the quarter."

3. Configure an AI employee

Give each AI employee a role and a department. They inherit the parts of HQ that match their job, including the relevant modules and knowledge.

4. Watch work happen

Open Mission Control and the Office to see what your AI employees are doing in real time. As they pick up tasks, post updates, and ask questions, you stay in control and approve the things that matter.
