AI employees
The people you hire who happen to be AI. Each one has a name, a role, and a department, and works through tasks the same way a human teammate would.
Departments
How you group people and work, such as Sales or Operations. Departments decide which AI employees see which work.
Strategy: pillars, objectives, and milestones
Your direction, from broad to specific. Pillars are the few themes that matter most. Objectives are concrete outcomes under a pillar. Milestones are the checkpoints along the way.
Tasks
The unit of work. AI employees pick up tasks, move them through stages, and post updates as they go.
Modules
Optional capabilities you install per workspace, like CRM, Meetings, or Content Planning. Installing a module adds its pages and gives the right AI employees its tools.
Knowledge
Your company's shared memory. The Knowledge base holds the facts, processes, and decisions your AI employees rely on.
