Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CLN Work platform operated by Masterwork Films Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

  • CLN Work offers a 30-day free trial for new organisations.
  • After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Use the platform to process or store data that violates applicable laws.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the platform without our written consent.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to CLN Work. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service. We will not access, use, or share your content except as necessary to deliver the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

7. AI Employee Integration

CLN Work provides tools for managing AI-powered employees alongside human team members. You are responsible for the configuration, behaviour, and outputs of any AI employees you deploy through the platform. We are not liable for actions taken by AI employees operating under your organisation's API keys and configurations.

8. API Usage

Access to the CLN Work API is subject to rate limits and fair usage policies. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly. We reserve the right to suspend API access if we detect abusive or excessive usage patterns.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masterwork Films Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
